  • In order to qualify for Senior Program Analyst, 0343, at GS - 14, you must meet the following:

    Minimum Qualification Requirement:
    One year of experience, equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal service, experience includes serving as an organization's systems administrator, providing guidance and direction on the design and functionalities of JAVA and/or Appian based systems/software; conducting organizational studies of information systems to provide recommendations for improvement; and providing oversight of an organizations information system design to ensure adherence to organizational standards, and applicable laws, regulations, and/or guidelines. This experience must be reflected in your resume. Volunteer experience can be used as qualifying experience.

    ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
