The lead therapist provides individual, group and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults. The Lead Therapist is responsible for the clinical oversight of the therapists at the Outpatient Wellness Clinic, ensuring smooth clinical operations, contributing to the development of the clinical program, and oversight of clinical documentation quality and compliance.
Complete the initial assessment and provide individual, family and group therapy to children, adolescents and adults. Case management services provided as needed.

Contribute to the development of the clinical program
Ensure smooth clinical operations on a day to day basis, including crisis management when applicable.
Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C) in Maryland, or
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or
Five to ten years of experience in behavioral health,
One - three years of supervisory experience,
Certified clinical supervisor in the state of Maryland preferred.
Monday - Thursday 9 am - 6 pm
Friday - 9 am - 3:30 pm
