For the GS-6 Level -
Specialized experience is screening visitors and telephone calls and scheduling meetings. Additionally, performs all of the following: maintains office calendars, completes travel arrangements, and reviews correspondence.
For the GS-7 Level -
Specialized experience is screening visitors and telephone calls, scheduling meetings making travel arrangements and preparing travel documents, maintaining office calendars and preparing and editing correspondence. Additionally, performing at least three of the following administrative functions:
- Maintains a records management program/system;
- Procures, authorizes, controls, and justifies a variety of general support services such as office supplies;
- Provides oversight and management of the travel function; or
- Reviews and drafts correspondence
