A. I have one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and level of responsibility to the GS-07 level in the Federal service that includes, but is not limited to the following: workflow management software experience; experience collecting, compiling, and ensuring data integrity in a financial system; generating standard financial and performance reports; ensuring data integrity and providing higher level staff with identified discrepancies and issues.
B. I have a Master's or equivalent graduate degree or two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or L.L. B. or J.D., if related.
C. I have an equivalent combination of qualifying graduate education and specialized experience as described above. (For example 6 months of specialized experience and one and a half years of graduate study).
Applicants at the GS-11 level must meet one of the following qualification requirements:
A. I have one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and level of responsibility to the GS-9 level in the Federal service which includes experience analyzing investments and preparing detailed reports regarding the status of funds and their performance; monitoring data transfers for data integrity in a financial management system; and troubleshooting, identifying, and proposing resolutions to correct discrepancies, ambiguities, missing data or other problem areas.
B. I have a Ph.D. or an equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
C. I have an equivalent combination of qualifying graduate education and specialized experience as described above. For example, I have 6 months of specialized experience and 2 and a half years of graduate level education.
A written test is not required.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

The duties of this position are suitable for occasional telework and the selectee may be allowed to telework with supervisor approval and if they meet the eligibility criterion in the 2010 Telework Act.
