Well known service  organization in Bethesda is seeking an administrative assistant to support their Accounting team.  Position would  entail department phones, ordering supplies, managing employee payroll records and business license renewals.  As you progress in the organization  you will also compile and submit  property tax returns  and record Corporate income tax payments as needed.  This position is also in charge of various corporate events which include  catering meetings; managing event tickets and credit card statements. Your ability to manage time and stay organized is key to taking on additional responsibilities as you interact with Owners and various Executives.

The ideal applicant  must have an Associates degree or higher in accounting, with a  minimum of 2 years experience in  an accounting department.  A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel especially), excellent communication skills, and the ability  to work independently are prerequisites for a successful career within this growing organization.
