- Provide administrative support within the recruiting office
- Screen and direct incoming calls while providing outstanding service
- Process personnel transactions using various databases
- Provide general administrative and clerical support utilizing MS Office
- Assist with new hire orientation
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management via MS Outlook
- Create and assemble HR related correspondence including offer letters and packages
- Recent, relevant, previous administrative support experience
- Knowledge of HR regulations and practices
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
- Advanced MS Office computer proficiency
