Acquisition Program Analyst

Key Role:
Provide senior expertise in acquisition and program management to an Air Force client. Provide support for soliciting, reviewing, advocating, and executing activities and reforms that might have the potential to fundamentally change the way the client does business. Assist client staff by identifying, administering, and managing initiatives and projects to demonstrate potential innovations. Design, execute, and evaluate a broad portfolio of activities and various innovation demonstration projects within the client enterprise. Interact with leaders and managers at the most senior level of the Air Force, other Services, DoD agencies, or industry partners, including coordinating with and managing a wide range of Air Force and other stakeholders to ensure activities are executed in a timely manner to achieve the intended vision for success.

Basic Qualifications:
-15+ years of experience with defense acquisition
-Knowledge of all aspects of the defense acquisition lifecycle
-Ability to build and lead high performance teams
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with the Air Force Bending the Cost Curve (BTCC) initiative
-Possession of excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills, including creating, fostering, and maintaining a positive and collaborative environment
-MA or MS degree

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
