Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-12/13 equivalent) or NH-04 (GS-14/15 equivalent) in the Federal Service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing administrative work of a fiscal, financial management, accounting or budgetary nature.

This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). You must be certified as a Career Field K-Financial Management Level II or III. If you are not certified you must achieve certification within 24 months of appointment.
This position requires Financial Management Certification which must be achieved within a prescribed timelines depending on the position being selected for you may be required to have FMAB13 - FM Cert Lvl & ACQ BUS FM III or FMAB12 - FM Cert Lvl & ACQ BUS FM II.
These positions require Security Clearance depending on the position that you are being selected for you may be required to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.
Positions may or may not have a control point within bands.
This position is eligible for part time, full time or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
