Job Description:
Optima Health is seeking a high initiative and self-directing Secretary to join our Government Authorizations team in Virginia Beach, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining notes/minutes/files and responding to telephone and written inquiries from both internal and external sources such as providers and health plan members. In addition, independent judgment skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple time-sensitive requests is a must.

This is a full-time, hourly, benefited position.

Provides clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining records and files, and providing assistance to customers.
