Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Strong Data Entry skills 
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/different shifts when necessary
