Seeking a dynamic Bookkeeper to join a family oriented, high-end real estate development firm located in the Silver Spring, MD area.  The team is made of strong and determined entrepenuers  who strive to make it to the top everyday. The ideal individual in this position will be organized, detail oriented, can work independently and will demonstrate proficiency in Excel and Word.

The position offers a competitive salary along with 6 weeks of vacation/sick leave!

Duties:

  • Receive all invoices, input them into QuickBooks, and cut checks

  • Organize invoices

  • Input all transactions into QuickBooks

  • Reconcile all accounts

  • Assist with additional administrative needs within the office (printing letters, stuffing envelopes, etc)

Requirements:

  • BS degree (Accounting/Business)
  • 2-5 yrs exp.
