WP BrandStudio is looking for a mid-level designer to focus on marketing and strategy. This designer will be responsible for answering RFPs alongside our strategists. Helping craft creative ideas through a design and storytelling perspective as well as creating custom beautiful, detailed mocks to accompany the majority of the strategies that go out. With training - we expect this person to understand our production costs and timing - to help determine the scope and flexibility of each strategy from a design perspective.
This role will focus on client KPIs while looking at our ‘best practices' and using the studios knowledge, data reporting and storytelling - all to create the best concepts possible for our clients.
We are looking for someone that has a mind that understands advertising as well as editorial story telling. The right person for this role will be hungry to learn, and put in the hard work and time to grow as a designer.
What does success look like for this role? Within 4-6 months this person would be completely fluent in our production structure, product offerings and abilities as a creative group and applying this knowledge directly to the strategies being crafted. This role would be outspoken and help steer the strategy team in the right direction - based on production knowledge and creative knowledge. This role should frequently be pushing new ideas and new forms of storytelling while checking in with our metrics reporting to help guide decision making.
This person will be dedicated to 95% to our presale / strategy work, while helping out with our production / post sale work if bandwidth allows. This person will report directly to the creative director and art directors of the branded content team.
