  • You must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Enrolled as a sophomore, junior, or senior undergraduate student during Fall 2018 semester.
  • 18 years or older at the time of appointment.
  • You must be registered for Selective Service if applicable (www.sss.gov).
  • You must be suitable for federal employment.
  • Current sophomore, junior, and senior undergraduate students must be enrolled at least half-time in an accredited undergraduate degree program to participate in the Student Honors Legal Program.

    - Applicants MUST be a U.S. Citizen
    - Must be enrolled at least half-time in an accredited undergraduate degree program.
    - Must be enrolled at least half-time (6 credits or the equivalent)
    - A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred
    - Relatives of current SEC employees are ineligible
