Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered with a federal contracting firm and their defense contractor end client based in McLean, Virginia looking for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will lead the project management efforts for litigation support projects and services. Apply now or call 703-821-1911!

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison by facilitating communication throughout the litigation lifecycle of the project
  • Gather, document and confirm client project requirements utilizing project intake process
  • Act as a consultant to provide client with processing software options
  • Provide consultation to internal and external clients regarding eDiscovery cases to include:
    • Culling and Filtering
    • ESI processing
    • ASP hosting
    • Document review
    • Document batch production
    • Data archival and storage
  • Utilize applicable tools and mathematical equations to estimate project costs, timelines, deliverables and identify potential roadblocks
  • Identify work components and tasks and update client throughout the lifecycle of the project
  • Anticipate and mitigate project risks and impacts
  • Act as the final layer of project and deliverable quality control
  • Maintain detailed documentation of the strategic planning, execution, control and closure of project phases
  • Adhere to unified litigation and forensic project management methodologies
  • Maintain communication with the Director of Project management on project phases and status
  • Possess a thorough understanding of project pricing models and client agreements to administer billing procedures

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • End client on-site work requires an active Top Secret clearance
  • 3 years minimum experience with litigation support, eDiscovery projects and related database technologies
  • Excellent working knowledge of processing software such as Relativity, Ipro, Clearwell, Veritas, Relativity or similar programs
  • Experience using eDiscovery search terms
  • Working knowledge and comprehension of project management methodologies as set forth by PMI
  • Relativity Administrator proficiency or RCA preferred
  • PMP, additional Project Management Certification or educational equivalent preferred
  • Maintain the integrity, confidentiality and availability of all physical and electronic information assets and data throughout the organizations
  • Solid decision-making skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Remain compliant with internal ISMS policy and ISO 27001 standards
  • Remain compliant with the internal information security policies including the reporting of any security concerns, weaknesses or breaches
