    In order to be considered qualified for this position, you must demonstrate in your resume and responses to questions, at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level. Specialized experience must be demonstrated in a position responsible for preparing audit reports, develops, analyzes, evaluates and coordinates records schedules, to provide technical assistance to staff on records retention and disposal.


    Your application will be evaluated on the following Core Competencies:

    1. Knowledge of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods and experienced managerial and organizational techniques, concepts and practices, sufficient to perform efficiency and effectiveness reviews of substantive administrative support functions.
    2. Experienced knowledge of resource allocation procedures such as manpower requirements, programming, budgeting determinations, distribution methods, and related documentation processes.
    3. Skill analyzing and evaluating difficult management and program issues involving large aspects of agency programs and activities; agency missions, regulatory issues, policies, and objectives; management principles and processes; and the analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing program development or execution and improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
    4. Ability to convey policy and program concepts to technical and non-technical managers, and other parties with demonstrated clarity, logic, conciseness, and persuasiveness to obtain the cooperation of others while defending findings to peers and management officials.
    5. Ability to communicate effectively orally.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

    1. Current Federal Employees must meet time in grade requirement by the closing date of this announcement.
    2. EEOC will not pay travel, transportation and relocation expenses.

    4. A background investigation is required and continued employment is contingent on completion of that process to
    determine suitability for federal employment.
