    Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and at least 40 hours of formal mediation training are required. Five (5) years of work experience in mediation or Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) that includes experience providing leadership and direction in an office environment. One year supervisory or management experience is preferred. Experience in mediation program management in a legal environment or social services environment highly preferred. Documentation of your education and mediation or ADR training must be submitted with your application.
