Provide IT customer support services to the JSSA AV-8B and T-45 programs.

Essential Job Function:

Provide support for hardware and software installations, maintenance, and security of Microsoft Windows servers and clients.

Provide complete customer desktop support including; setup, arrangement, application maintenance and upgrades.

Troubleshoot computers, operating systems, applications, and network connectivity issues.

DBMS Administration: specifically (MSSQL 2012/2014 Oracle and Oracle WebLogic experience. Including the following database applications: Dimensions CM (Serena), IBM Rational DOORS, Boeing's IDT, and DelTek Cobra.


Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

AA/AS/Technical school plus 7 years of experience or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience is required.

Must be able to be granted a security clearance and maintain on for the duration of employment.

Hands-On experience with Microsoft Windows server and desktop operating systems, Server back-up applications, RAID systems is required.

Security+ and Microsoft Server Operating System certification is required.

Familiar with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements for operating on a DOD network is desired.

Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) certification will be required in 3-6 months of hire date.
