- Performing both inbound and outbound calls (primarily inbound)
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Responding to inquiries via phone and email
- Inputting new orders
- Processing payments
- Tracking shipments
- Candidates must have a minimum of one year of customer service experience (F2F or phone)
- Previous experience handling email inquiries and/or telephone inquiries is a plus
- Must be able to pass a criminal background and credit screen
- Friendly, professional demeanor and pleasant phone etiquette is required
