Due to a promotion we are seeking an Executive Administrator (EAd.) The EAd is a seasoned professional who will employ their administrative and operational talents in support of the Executive Director’s day-to-day operational responsibilities and development activities. The environment is fast paced and, technologically enhanced and you must be able to execute your responsibilities with minimal supervision, sound judgment and complete confidentiality. The EAd should exhibit a clear understanding of the Director’s intent and strategy with regard to Hillwood operational objectives, and be able to act as an ambassador to promote them. The EAd also serves as administrative support and liaison to the Board of Trustees.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to the chief executive or senior development leader in a non-profit organization as well as experience in providing support to the organization’s board. You must also have obtained a minimum of an associates degree with a business emphasis. A Bachelor’s degree, demonstrated success working in an arts organization, experience organizing events/programs and interacting with the public are plusses.
