Senior Director, Employee and Labor Relations
Minimum requirements Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a closely related field required. Requires comprehensive knowledge of current and future trends, issues and challenges in human resources management, all areas of HR, particularly employee and labor relations as well as payroll and JC HR standards. Requires excellent conflict resolution and verbal and written communication skills. Requires demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skillsl necessary to communicate, partner and mediate. Requires at least 10 years of progressive human resources leadership experience in a majority of the key areas of recruiting, performance/talent management, training and development, and or compensation and benefits with at least five years experience in employee/labor relations.
