Develop, maintain, interpret and communicate business and financial information relating to assigned facilities and its related operations. Comply with all federal and state laws and regulations governing the privacy and patients' protected health information. Works to develop plans for improving performance and internal controls, as well as the management of organizational risks. Provides counsel, education, and training of the management team and selected staff on financial matters in both one-on-one and group settings. Build relationships and coordinate with key stakeholders (senior leadership, department leaders, physicians, strategy & business development team, etc.) and departments, including but not limited to Supply Chain Management, Financial Services/Decision Support, Revenue Cycle, Managed Care and Reimbursement, Human Resources, Health Information Management, Information Services and appropriate performance improvement and Business Planning teams. In addition to strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, we require Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting; Masters Degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare Administration is preferred. Minimum of 10 years' finance or business experience, at least five (5) of which include a focus in healthcare. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
