The incumbent is a skilled Director overseeing System-wide and HSO treasury functions. The Director, Treasury Services works closely with the Vice President, Treasury Services with oversight responsibilities for significant portions of corporate balance sheet assets, including $3.1 billion in investments, with regard to analysis of asset allocations, management of external financial services provider relationships including banks, investment managers and investment consultant(s) and related administrative and compliance duties across the treasury function. Develops and implements treasury processes and procedures, as well as internal controls to safeguard cash and investments. The incumbent will be expected and supported to continually keep their knowledge of the investment community and treasury related functions current. In keeping with the Directional Statement of Company Ministries, this position will assist in creating collaborations and partnerships with others to liberate an innovative response to social and community needs, while maintaining appropriate stewardship of BSHSI's resources to ensure sustainability. Required Possession of a bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting from an accredited college or university; Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in general finance and accounting, with at least three (3) years in treasury; Outstanding analytical capabilities, working in sophisticated treasury and investment environments; Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of executives; Self-motivating, intuitive, organized, and precise; Knowledge of financial statements and variables that have positive/negative impact on financial performance; Engage in continuous study to maintain the professional competence, knowledge and skills necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities; Ability to analyze process flows and make recommendations for improving efficiency and effectiveness. Preferred MBA or advance degree in business, finance or management Certified Public Accountant CFA Charterholder
