We are currently hiring a Creative Director to join our on-site creative team at a high profile client. You will be responsible for leading an on-site creative team engaged in strategic and tactical creative execution for B to B and B to C lines of business, in both print and digital media. responsibilities Energize, engage and inspire a growing on-site creative team. Work directly with the client to plan, analyze, oversee and create visual solutions to marketing and communication challenges, finding the most effective way to convey messages using color, type, illustration, photography, animation, while often adhering to strict brand guidelines. Direct overall creative product and execution of print and digital design of a wide range of marketing deliverables. Actively contributes higher-level ideas and messaging that positions and differentiates our client from their competitors. Keeps abreast of changes at the client, including insight into industry, competitive, target audience and marketplace changes. Aware of major client initiatives, marketing and publicity programs, representing and addressing channel concerns and needs as appropriate. Builds strong, collaborative business partnerships with key clients, colleagues, and service providers. requirements Bachelor's degree combined with 8-years experience managing a creative organization within a marketing communications or agency environment. Experience with a wide array of media including print, broadcast, online, outdoor and events/displays. Understanding of all aspects of print and digital design. Strong, flexible strategic thinker with vision. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
