The Senior Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for the management and analysis of marketing data. Key focus areas will be reporting on an analyzing email metrics, digital advertising metrics, and lead funnel metrics. The individual in this role must have a strong understanding of marketing data, benchmarks and best practices for reporting. Hands-on experience with and Marketo is mandatory. This individual works closely with marketing stakeholders to deliver KPIs and relevant analysis. This is a leadership position within the company, responsible for managing a team of highly engaged employees. Your Focus: Partner with stakeholders from field marketing, product marketing, business development, services, and sales to deliver timely and relevant insights Work closely with MicroStrategy's internal business intelligent experts to produce corporate dashboards for CEO review Manage and report on a heavy volume of email sends, adhering to email marketing best practices Spearhead the development of lead management programs within our marketing automation platform, Marketo Deliver analysis and insights into MicroStrategy's lead database that will help us refine our MQL qualifications and definition Manage multiple vendor relationships and contracts Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports that illustrate marketing's impact on the pipeline and pinpoint top performing marketing campaigns Make strategic recommendations to field marketing, digital marketing, and product marketing for campaign optimization Qualifications Required Experience and Skills: Motivation, Innovation, Passion, Integrity, Teamwork, Customer-Focus. You should also bring the following: Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar discipline At least 10 years of marketing experience with a focus on marketing analytics and lead management Understanding of email marketing best practices and industry benchmarks Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role Solid understanding of marketing metrics, specially email marketing metrics and funnel metrics Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Marketo Expert knowledge and 3+ years of experience in Experience working in the high-tech industry, ideally at an enterprise software company Basic knowledge of HTML Passionate and energetic personality with the ability to work at a fast pace Cheerful, optimistic attitude and the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues
