However, if you meet the qualifications and you're ready to let us know, you can skip the tabs and use one of the blue "apply" buttons to go right to the next step.The Requirements To be a good fit for the Body Shop Technician role, you will have: * A high school diploma or GED. * Between 4 and 5 years of related experience and/or training. * Basic hand tools you bring to work every day or leave at the shop. * An Associate's Degree and/or technical certifications; strongly preferred. In addition, you should also be able to meet other requirements, as follows: * Possess a valid driver's license and be able to meet company insurance standards. * Have the ability to pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screen as well as undergo a physical exam to demonstrate you can perform necessary physical functions. * Be able to regularly lift or move 50 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 75 pounds.
