Payroll and HR Assistant We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll and HR Assistant to join our team in Newark, DE 19711 Responsibilities: Processes and submits bi-weekly payroll; troubleshoots payroll issues; distributes paychecks. Supports administration, coordination, and application of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices. Responds to employee s benefit questions, assists with resolution of problems regarding access to benefits. Forwards paperwork related to benefits, COBRA continuation, workers compensation, and unemployment to ADP for processing Maintains employee files and database. Schedules interviews and applicant testing. Schedules and coordinates new employee orientations. Assists with communication of benefit programs changes and updates.
