About Sally's: Sally s Middle Name is an ingredient driven bistro-style restaurant and bar. We work directly with local farms and purveyors, providing the best of what each season has to offer. Both food and beverage menus change often keeping things fresh and exciting, and staff on their toes. About the position/schedule: We are open Wednesday to Sunday for dinner, Saturday/Sunday for brunch, closed most Monday/Tuesdays unless we are hosting special events. The schedule for this position would be at least four service shifts a week to include at least 1 brunch shift. -Work with the general manager to keep wall menus up to date (write updates before leaving/upon arrival each day) -Help GM with light admin work once or twice a week -Be service manager on duty once or twice a week to manage the flow of service and be extra hands where needed -Be a part of the managing team to work on improving Sally's service and efficiencies -Get both ABRA managers licence and Food Handling Requirements: Collaborative, enthusiastic attitude. At least 1 year in service oriented role in a restaurant. Good hand writing. Willingness to do any and every task throughout our small but growing restaurant team. A one year commitment.
