RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client seeking a Help Desk Tier I Technician in Fort Belvoir, Virginia (VA). Responsibilities: Responsible for configuring and installing desktop and laptop systems Installing applications on systems Assisting with daily technical support in organizations Troubleshooting and solving common network issues Resolving specialized hardware and software problems Conducting component level diagnostics Maintaining documentation for procedures Testing new hardware and software systems Managing a ticket queue on a daily basis REQUIREMENTS: 1-2 years of experience in helpdesk operations Experience with Windows 7/10 operating systems is Must Have.
