M/F/PV/IWD EmployerJob Details: - Associate's Degree required - 3-5 years experience is required Manages administrative and clerical support staff to proactively respond to the needs of patients, physicians and medical office staff. Coordinates departmental administrative and clerical activities to ensure efficient and effective operation of the office. Monitors productivity and provides recommendations to improve overall operational efficiency. Services the needs of patients in the Medical Office. Ensures that all customers receive exemplary service. Serves as a patient/customer advocate when needed. Communicates relevant and pertinent information to the department and throughout the facility, to ensure optimal patient care, and that staff are aware of new initiatives and issues as they arise. Performs all job duties with a focus on safety for the patient, self and co-workers.Requirements: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. 3-5 years of experience. Microsoft Office Suite; Basic computer skills; Cerner; Synquest; IDX; Standard Office Equipment; Medical terminology; Critical thinking skills; Medipac; HIS/RIS. Demonstrates the ability to follow verbal instructions., as well as the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
