Pacific Mobile Structures ("Pacific Mobile") sells and leases exceptional mobile office space from our rental fleet totaling 2.5 million square feet, while also constructing custom turnkey modular buildings for permanent use. Pacific Mobile is designing a new corporate office in Chehalis, WA, to showcase modern innovations in modular construction. The new headquarters will be completed in 2019, alongside the soon to be complete state-of-the-art Chehalis Branch facility. Pacific Mobile operates through three divisions: Rental, Construction, and Workforce Housing. The Rental Division is Pacific Mobile's primary business line representing 61% of total revenue in 2017. Through the continued growth of our divisions, we are targeting over 50% revenue growth by 2022. Pacific Mobile is a multi-generational family owned business founded in 1983 with regional operations and a network of eight branches on the West Coast. The Chief Operating Officer ("COO") of the Rental Division is a new role to support Pacific Mobile's commitment to growth and dedication to delivering a superior customer experience. The COO will work with the CEO to build a strong, agile, and productive operations team in the rapidly changing mobile office market. In recent years, we have seen tremendous growth and the need for continual improvements, increased staffing and technology. Pacific Mobile is looking for a COO that is passionate about operational excellence and customer satisfaction so that the company can deliver mobile office buildings to their customers in the safest and fastest way. The COO opportunity will appeal to a top-level operations executive with a passion for, and the expertise in, the equipment rental industry supporting clients in the construction, industrial, energy, aerospace, agricultural and educational industries. Our new COO will have the opportunity to further grow a sizable business, with the potential to advance with more scope and into more senior roles within the organization.The COO will be responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of Rental Division operations, which includes our branch network of eight locations and fleet management of over 2.5 million sq. ft. of assets. Our successful candidate will lead the implementation of organizational strategies for operations excellence within the Rental Division. The COO will establish and execute our strategic plan and manage day-to-day activities to drive profitability and maintain a safe and environmentally compliant workplace. The COO will be 100% accountable for results and impact on people; ensuring that the division is staffed with quality employees to achieve both short and long term operational goals and strategies, including safety, employee engagement, customer loyalty, market share, operational excellence and financial results. Financial: * Plan, develop and implement strategies through business plans to maximize profitability and achieve financial targets. Drive superior annual and long-term financial results, including physical and financial utilization, EBIT, free cash flow, and ROIC. Identify operational opportunities by continually scanning the industry environment to recognize potential changes and strategize with Leadership and Sales Teams to turn them into growth opportunities for Pacific Mobile. * Manage rental fleet assets to achieve utilization performance objectives. This includes cost-effective selection and sourcing of equipment, life cycle strategies, managing fleet repair and maintenance, quality control, and developing and promoting timely fleet exit strategies. * Leverage Dynamics 365, the new ERP system currently in implementation, to filter data allowing for improvements to the speed and efficiency of daily operations. Rental Excellence * Provide leadership on the path toward operational excellence through driving consistent processes and performance metrics, financial discipline, SG&A containment and fleet utilization. * Control daily operational work flow requirements, implement lean principles, manage financial performance and profitability, and oversee vehicle fleet management of 80 trucks and toters to achieve growth and financial targets. * Ensure that quality customer relationships are maintained at a high level by all customer facing employees and maintain personal customer relationships with strategic customers and vendors. * Establish and document policies and procedures to standardize operations throughout our branch network.
