Our client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their growing team overseeing a total of 50+ individuals in accounting, HR, and IT at their $1B+ company. The preferred candidate will be responsible for taking on a leadership role in financial decision-making that directly impacts the organization, and will provide strategic financial input to our executive management team. While acutely overseeing the overall accounting process, the successful CFO will play a key role in developing and implementing financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of the company. This role also oversees all of the finance and accounting as well as human resources and IT., * Execute the financial strategy of the company * Manage financial controls and accounting procedures * Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company * Provide advice on revenue enhancement and cost reduction initiatives * Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner * Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization * Lead the annual strategic planning process and execute on established initiatives * Evaluate potential strategic alliances, acquisitions and/or mergers * Attract, select, develop, and retain individuals throughout accounting and administrative functions and serve as a key subject matter expert for talent management companywide * Oversee company employee benefit plans and optimize benefits packages * Manage current and evolving IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and user support functions to meet the evolving needs of the business * Evaluate the finance structure and teams with a plan for continual improvement of efficiency and effectivenessWe're looking for motivated and engaged individuals ready to be part of an entrepreneurial, exciting, and fast-paced culture.
