HR Business Partner
CACI International Inc. has a great opportunity for a talented and creative Human Resources Business Partner. Our Human Resources and Recruiting organizations are in the process of an exciting transformation. We are modernizing and delivering our services in new and creative ways. We are upgrading our tools to the most modern in the market, and we are building a leadership team to execute a human capital strategy that is directly aligned with business objectives. This position will support a dynamic CACI Business Group focused on mission support and services, and will report directly to the Director Human Resources for the group. What You'll Get to Do: * Bring creative thinking to business problems. * Provide people solutions that are aligned with CACI strategy. * Partner and collaborate across functions to drive business results. * Provide counsel or solutions that help our business leaders make better decisions. * Consult with data - review and interpret HR data and people metrics to identify business or process improvement opportunities, understand trends, and inform solutions. * Facilitate implementation of enterprise initiatives. * Develop talent in the organization. * Bring resolution to complex and sensitive in nature employee matters by applying relevant laws, policies, and past practice to mitigate risk for the company. * Partner with the broader HR team, learn from them, share your best practices, and work to make the entire team better.* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent. * 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner supporting an employee base of 1,000 or more.
