The Operations Director directs, coordinates, and supervises office services and related activities to achieve consistent and optimal utilization of services across the office(s) s/he is accountable for. The Operations Director ensures internal operations supports the needs of office leadership, professional staff, and para-professional staff. S/he will assist in the annual budgeting process for the office(s) and analyzing and standardizing procedures. The Operations Director also supervises the Internal Operations team for their office(s) and will oversee career coaching, resource allocation, performance management, and employee development for his/her team. This position may oversee an office or group of offices in a region, ensuring each operates efficiently by leveraging consistent people, processes, practices, and resources.* Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of ten years of related experience, including supervisory experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. * Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Products * Ability to quickly master new software applications as needed. * Possess several key attributes including: client service excellence, clear communication, leading with impact, ability to maintain confidentiality, detail oriented, interpersonal skills, and ownership mindset * Ability to interact with all levels of organization
