Whether its digital payments, claims processing, benefitadministration, automated tolling, customer care or distributed learningEmployer manages and modernizes these interactions to create value for both ourclients and their constituents.Senior Director Public Safety SolutionsWe are seeking a senior level professional to manage complex andmulti-faceted public safety (photo enforcement) and other violation processingcontracts with municipal clients.Selected candidate will also be responsible to support businessdevelopment activities in conjunction with sales team.This senior level transportationindustry professional will be responsible for full P&L, operations, servicedelivery, client satisfaction and business development activities in the UnitedStates. Experience managing municipaltransportation operations including photo enforcement is preferred, but seniorexecutive experience leading complex projects with government agencies in otherdisciplines may qualify as well.Candidate will interact with City government managers and staff,subcontractors, and intercompany departments and be responsible forimplementation(s) and overall project delivery in compliance with contractrequirements. This role requires an innovation-orientedindividual with the ability to anticipate, plan for, and adapt to industry andenvironmental changes and make informed policy recommendations.
