We are advancing the world of Broadcasting and we want YOU to join our winning team!+ Manage the setting of rate cards and placing inventory to maximize revenue and returns + Manage a staff of analysts + Work closely with local TV stations, network, national and other executives who manage sales + Partner with Sinclair's Advertising Support Operations + Proactively manage ad inventory forecasting, rate card pricing and packaging strategies with Sales Management for all audience product opportunities + Analyze the impact of market trends, identify and implement new opportunities to drive profitability, mitigate business risks, provide financial and analytics support to CRO and other executives and perform general ad-hoc business & financial projects. + Evaluate sales data and provide recommendations + Oversee sales budgets for local, national and networks + Ability to make recommendations for pricing inventory + Use Sales programs and Business Intelligence tools to increase revenueSinclair Broadcast Group is seeking a Sr Director, Yield and Inventory Management. This is a highly impactful role that is responsible for maximizing the Company's sales revenue and the utilization of all its inventory across all revenue streams. You will play a key part in measuring and optimizing the business including analysis of revenue, pricing and inventory management. You will be responsible for working with all levels of management, including but not limited to Senior Executives, Directors, and Managers in a reporting and analytics role to optimize the business performance of our Sales organization., + Experience with data warehouses and Base CRM a plus + Critical Analytical thinking + Understanding of pricing and sales planning economics + Bachelors in any business discipline and 5+ years of related experience, sales experience a plus + Comfortable building and presenting multi-million-dollar value propositions in partnership with other functions + Strong interpersonal skills to lead a team and present to executive management + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel
