Since our founding in 2007, the Human Resources Department has been tasked with finding the best and brightest to work in our field. We are looking for additional talented staff members to work with our diverse group of established and loyal clients as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).To qualify for this position, you must apply with a cover letter and resume, have a high school diploma or equivalency, be willing to complete the RBT and BDS training (over 40 hours online and in person), pass the Behavior Analyst Certification BoardA cents € (TM) s RBT test, and participate in monthly supervisions. People with a background in Human Services, Psychology, Education, Special Education or a closely related field have a preferred qualification.The submission of your resume and cover letter signifies your agreement to obtain the RBT certification if you do not already have it.The Registered Behavior Technician is responsible for: Following the written treatment plan, Collecting data, Assisting with quarterly progress notes, Attending team meetings, Writing clinical contact notes, Attending quarterly trainings, and May have other duties as assigned. The RBT will work 1:1 or in small groups with clients in their home, in the community, and/or in a clinical setting. Our clients are located throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia.Please note: The materials that you submit with your application will not be returned. Satisfactory reference, state, and FBI background checks are necessary for this position. You must be approved by the client's parent/guardian before beginning with a client. You must complete all BDS trainings. You must have reliable transportation. This position is part-time with daytime and evening hours available. Evening (4 pm A cents € " 9 pm) and weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday) hours are required. You should be available a minimum of 10 - 20 hours per week for this position You must be willing to travel a minimum of 30 miles to work with clients.
