Key accountability: 1. Drive rapid customer adoption of IaaS platforms by working directly with customers, partners and Oracle sales and sales engineering teams in the US 2. Lead and manage a team of product managers working regionally with customers 3. Own the strategy and the execution plan for the product management that is focused on customer excellence. Help creatively build the best practices around customer engagement 4. Work with the Oracle teams to transition enterprise customers to the Oracle Clould Infrastructure. Work with the born in the cloud customers and enable cloud native workloads on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 5. Work collaboratively with the Oracle sales and sales engineering executives and guide the team of product managers to come up with clear solutions and strategies around Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 6. Work with engineering teams to prioritize customers feature requests 7. Present to CXO levels at Oracle Customer Visit Center, and build a team of professionals who are able to do the same 8. Manage people for product development programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a project 9. Monitor the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on technical matters. 10. Assist in the development of short, medium, and long term plans with the VP of Product Management to achieve strategic objectives for exponential customer adoption on the cloud platform 11. Define and execute on Oracle s engagement strategy with customers, partners and Oracle sales and field engineering teams 12. Be the voice of customers to Oracle s various cloud engineering teams. 13. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development and product management.Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers. Interacts internally and externally with executive management, providing negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy. Functional expertise and broad company knowledge important. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience preferred., 15 years of experience in a public cloud or online service / platform environment. Ideally has a mix, working with large complex organizations and start-ups BS in Engineering (ideally computer science). MBA prefferred Demonstrated leadership and ability to hire and scale teams Ability to create detailed customer engagement plans to keep up with the high velocity of features being delivered on the platform Deep understanding of cloud competitive landscape; customer priorities and challenges. Deep experience engaging with sales, marketing and business development teams. Sales / Sales Engineering background is an added advantage Strong technical acumen, communication and interpersonal skills Software engineering hands on prior experience an advantage Strong Communication, Presentation, and speaking skills
