The company operates within teh Health Care industry.A' Develop an organization that has a variety of skills including data scientists/architects, project managers, IT data specialist, business liaison, change management etc. The CDO must have a proven track record of working with complex data, be passionate about finding the insights (and tell a meaningful story) based on the data and be confident to present their findings to all levels of the organization, including peers, senior management and internal customers.Proactively develop and maintain stakeholders and consultative relationships with key business stakeholders identifying and addressing data analytics needs, aligning data strategy and identifying potential initiatives that will drive strateProvides leadership, vision and direction for informatics and decision support systems. The CDO will have the responsibility to work with other organizations within the organizatioThe Chief Data Officer (CDO) will be responsible for setting the overall data governance strategy for the organization to manage data as a strategic business asset. The CDO will derive guidance from the CEO, CIO, CTO and Chief Security Officer (CSO) and be primarily responsible for delivering business insights by leveraging and promoting the use of the organization"s information assets in a manner that is secure and comply with other regulatory requirements of our industryOwnership of data collection, analytics, data strategy, knowledge management, data quality control, data integrity policy. Works with the CIO and leads the development of enterprise wide standards for the informatics an enterprise wide data warehouse to ensure compatibility and integration of informatics systems with other IT platforms.Develops enterprise-wide governance process.Works closely with IT infrastructure and operation staff to ensure that network, security and compliance requirements (eg HIPAA) are properly handled.Develop baseline technology standards, tools platforms and process to assist user, creating standards.Source, scrub, and join relevant public, commercial, and proprietary data sources.Remain current on relevant academic, industry and regulatory trends pertaining to data analytics, data science.Familiarity with different modeling techniques.Responsible for the overall architecture, design, deployment, utilization and enhancement of informatics systems and services.A' Manage data driven projects involving timelines, vendor relationships, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered with the highest quality, within specified time frames and realized anticipated outcomes. Accountable for development and implements a reporting structure to manage compliance with policies and measure effectiveness.Build and maintain data platforms utilized to deliver information that enables customer use cases and information needs, including enterprise integration, presentation and analytics platform.Integrate and mine large data sets, connecting data from disparate sources to identify insights and patterns using traditional as well as predictive and prescriptive analytics.Accountable to drive "Big Ideas" analytical projects.Experience in operationalizing data governance and data quality.Expertise in creating and deploying best practices and methodologies.Resource Management: proactively plans, forecasts, and achieves operating and capital short-term and long-term goals 6 Years" experience with data warehousing and large database integration projects.A' A " ?6 Years" experience with data modeling and data quality processing.A' Maintains current high-level understanding of data and analytics theory, practices and toolsA' Advanced financial/quantitative analytics experience preferredA' Prior exposure to healthcare industryA' Exceptional analytical, written, oral, and presentation skills with proven track record of delivery actionable insights succinctly
