Learn more about this agency Responsibilities * Manage the production of meals at various stages from pre-preparation through service and clean-up. * Supervise and instructs staff in the performance of duties in production including receiving, tray service and delivery. * Assign and monitor work of subordinates, prepare schedules, approve requests for leave, assign work and adjust assignments based on current priorities and staffing. * Prepare food to fulfill requirements for the regular and special diets of the patients hospitalized in the Clinical Center. * Set up hot and cold food stations ensuring amount produced is correct according to production report. * Demonstrate understanding of infection control procedures through preparation techniques, food handling storage and personal hygiene habits.
