  • To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level. Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. Examples of specialized experience are identified in the Major Duties section of this vacancy announcement and may also include:
    - Provides oversight for the Customer Accounts Management, Whole Government, and coordinates on higher level customer agreements as part of the CRM process.
    - Collaborates with Financial Management to ensure resolution of issues relating to pricing, billing and goods receipt (failed invoices, unfilled customer orders, unliquidated obligations, internal document errors).
    - Communicates with customers on requirements, item pricing, and program processes.

    Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.

    This is an Acquisition, Technology & Logistics (AT&L) Workforce Position. The incumbent will be required to become certified at Level III for positions advertised at the GS-13 and higher in the applicable career field within 24 months, unless a Position Requirements Waiver is approved to extend the 24 months.
