- Provides oversight for the Customer Accounts Management, Whole Government, and coordinates on higher level customer agreements as part of the CRM process.
- Collaborates with Financial Management to ensure resolution of issues relating to pricing, billing and goods receipt (failed invoices, unfilled customer orders, unliquidated obligations, internal document errors).
- Communicates with customers on requirements, item pricing, and program processes.

This is an Acquisition, Technology & Logistics (AT&L) Workforce Position. The incumbent will be required to become certified at Level III for positions advertised at the GS-13 and higher in the applicable career field within 24 months, unless a Position Requirements Waiver is approved to extend the 24 months. AT&L position requirements will be used in the evaluation criteria.
