A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service:
Specialized experience required for this position is:
Ensuring recruitment tools and processes such as vacancy announcements, selection panels, qualification determination procedures, referral list generation and administration, etc., contain current and accurate information.
Preparing reports and position papers justifying new and revised human resources policies to the Office of Personnel Management, DoD, Merit Systems Protection Board, Federal Labor Relations Authority, Federal Education Association, Overseas Federation of Teachers, and other organizations with vested interests.
Planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining specialized staffing programs. These programs include but are not limited to: Educator Career Program (ECP); Outreach Program; Transfer and Excess Placement Program; Pathways Internship Program; Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps; and Return Rights Eligibility Program.
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
