  • You may qualify at the GS-0950-13 level, if you have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal Service performing duties which include:
    (1) Experience conducting extensive research and analyzing legal information to identify appropriate action and recommend solutions (2) Experience conducting tort claims analysis, preparing support documents, and recommending appropriate dispositions (3) Assisting in case preparations, and ensuring that information is lawfully provided or withheld as appropriate (4) Experience using the Administrative Tort Claims Program or similar database and managing the automated database process (identifying, collecting and producing electronically stored information).
