You must have at least one year of specialized experience at, or equivalent to, the GS-13 grade level in the Federal or private sector. This experience must include providing facilities management, property management, space management, and contract and lease administration; experience planning, directing, and coordinating all facets of a facilities and space management program including the investigation, acquisition, preparation, utilization, and termination of space; and experience briefing management and other government entities on facilities projects.
