Learning and Development Program Lead

Key Role:

Design, develop, and implement the firm's leadership development programs in. Facilitate virtual and in-person leadership programs and sustainment events. Assess leadership development needs and improve content and processes to ensure programs remain relevant and impactful. Manage all design and operational aspects of leaderships programs, including communication, coaching, diagnostics, residential sessions, vendor management, and budget forecasting and tracking. Maintain, track, and report program metrics and manage internal and external senior stakeholders, including relationship building and communication. Collaborate with a team of professionals that provide deep leadership development expertise, project and program management, and stakeholder engagement and support the design and delivery of the entire suite of leadership offerings, as needed. Act as the lead and principal point of contact for project initiatives, as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with learning and development

-10+ years of experience with leadership development, facilitation, design, program management, and evaluation

-Experience in collaborating with or consulting to senior-level leaders

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Knowledge of leadership development, coaching, or organization development

-Ability to demonstrate a client service focus

-Ability to lead teams and work through others

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Ability to collaborate, work in ambiguity and change, and be a creative problem solver
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation expertise
-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-MA or MS degree in a related field preferred
-Leadership Diagnostics Certification
