* This position coordinates with senior executive leadership and is accountable to the Chief Information Officer. Will assist the CIO in leading Meritus Health, Inc. in Information Technology across many broad scopes of responsibilities. * The leader will provide administrative, financial, and operational supervision of staff, contractors, and the activities of the Information Systems Department. Position will strategize with CIO and Senior Leadership team to ensure Meritus Health, Inc. is secure, tranformative and supportive of any and all initiatives the system deems appropriate for the advancement of the health system. * This position is responsible for day-to-day operations and delivery of the following services: (1) Information systems requirements analysis, design, system selection, and implementation services; (2) Telecommunications network design, installation, management, and support; (3) Local and wide-area network design, installation, management, and support; (4) Service Delivery and End user support; (5) Operating system support and management (6) System security (7) and Computer and network hardware procurement and installation.(8) Stability and Security of the overall network and systems. * He / She will also develop, retain and hire the highest caliber employees for continued success of Meritus Health, Inc. Information Technology * Education - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. * Experience - At least 10 years of operations and support experience plus three or more years in a supervisor/managerial role required. * Licensure/Certification - Professional certifications such as the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), the Help Desk Institute's Help Desk Manager (HDM) certification or experience with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) also are highly preferred. * Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Extensive experience with supported software and hardware as well as excellent interpersonal, business management and customer-service skills. The position also requires strong leadership skills. Position will regulary meet with senior leaders and should have experinace collaborating with C suite executives.
