Caleb s Cooking Company creates frozen meals for children that are grain, gluten, dairy, nut and preservative free, with no added sugars. We create food for children, no matter what kind of diet they may be on. We believe that all children should be able to enjoy traditional food that kids love like chicken nuggets and enchiladas. Named after my son Caleb who has Crohn's disease, we make grain, gluten free chicken nuggets and pork and bean enchiladas. We have been selling online and are now preparing to scale to enter the wholesale retail market. I am looking for a Sous Chef who is ready to take charge, run a kitchen and go from making hundreds of products to thousands. We are located out of a food incubator in Washington DC called DC Union Kitchen, so you will be surrounded by hundreds of other chefs and food businesses just as passionate about food as you are. Only seasoned chefs with at least 8 years experience in the kitchen need apply.
