Have at least one year of specialized experience relevant to the position duties and comparable to the MCC Pay Band 3A (GS-15) or an equivalent level which is directly related to the work of this position and which has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. For this position, this experience is defined as: experience managing or contributing to a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analytical and assessment methods and techniques to plan, organize, direct and evaluate the results of policy and program studies and analyses; experience coordinating studies and analysis in the areas of economic and/or governance issues in a comparative context, including democracy, corruption, rule of law, macroeconomic policy, micro economic policy, and related topics; experience preparing comprehensive reviews, briefings, proposed policy studies and special reports; and experience representing an organization at meetings, conferences, internal and external symposia, and interagency meetings. Note: This experience MUST be well documented within your resume or application.
Time-in-Grade: Time-in-grade requirements apply. You must have one year of experience equivalent to MCC pay band 3A or GS- 15 to be eligible for pay band MC- 2C.
