    Specialized experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes ALL of the following:
    • Experience independently producing written analytical products related to law enforcement policy or other public policy issues, containing specific recommendations; AND
    • Experience performing analysis of technical issues such as forfeiture investigations for the purpose of projecting forfeiture revenue and liabilities, based on various factors such as the type of seizure and related violations, plea agreements, anticipated financial victims claims, equitable sharing, issues involving foreign countries, forfeited properties sale proceeds and costs, various procedural deadlines, and issues involving sequestration and apportionment; AND
    • Experience performing evaluation of funding requests and funded initiatives such as those related to law enforcement, including their impact on law enforcement priorities and the forfeiture program, consistency with existing policies and strategies, operational feasibility, implementation milestones and costs; AND
    • Experience formulating funding strategies for areas such as law enforcement priority areas; AND
    • Experience analyzing money laundering typologies such as Third Party Money Laundering and money laundering related law enforcement strategies and resource needs; AND
    • Experience developing policies or analytical products for programs such as the forfeiture program.

    CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
