    In order to be considered qualified for this position, you must demonstrate in your resume and responses to questions, at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level. Specialized experience demonstrated must be in a position responsible for review, research, analysis evaluation, and and preparation of supporting materials required to effectively aid attorneys in litigating extremely large and complex legal cases.

    Your application will be evaluated on the following Core Competencies:

    1. Knowledge and sound understanding of Title VII, EPA, ADEA, ADA, GINA statutes, regulations and EEOC manuals and directives pertinent to EEOC activities.
    2. Ability to provide support on complex, systemic litigation cases.
    3. Ability to substantively analyze legal documents, records and other evidence.
    4. Skill in interviewing potential witnesses as a source of information to support EEOC's litigation.
    5. Knowledge and skills used to thoroughly, clearly and accurately express legal concepts, both orally and in writing.
    6. Ability to use a variety of computer software and research programs such as Outlook, Sharepoint, Excel, Concordance, CaseWorks, EEOCSTAT, the EEOC Information Management System (IMS), Lexis and Westlaw.
