1) Experience in managing, leading, and collaborating with large division of DoN acquisition support personnel.
2) Experience supervising senior staff.
3) Experience resolving conflict.
4) Experience managing resources/personnel and financial allocation.
5) Experience communicating and collaborating with a range of Senior Managers inside and outside of the organization.
6) Experience planning and executing strategies that effect organization and program mission objectives.
